Our Refund Policy and Procedure

All Snowball’s goods and services carry limited guarantees. Should you wish to initiate a refund request please follow the following procedure:

To start email accounts@snowball.co.za detailing your refund request and date of installation.

You will receive a reference number which should be kept for any correspondence with our office.

Please allow up to 14 days for payment refund confirmation.

Once the refund confirmation has been approved, the accounts department will advise on the payout date. Payment confirmation will be emailed to the registered email address on our system.

If you are a credit card holder we will reverse the payment back onto your credit card.

Please ensure that you submit your preferred bank account details, the ticket number, as well as confirmation of your email address to accounts@snowball.co.za to avoid delays in processing your refund.

You may also cancel products and services from your Client Area.
