Procedure for Logging A Support Ticket

1. Go to www.snowball.co.za and click on “support” which will be the last link on the tool bar.

2. Click on “technical support”

3. Please fill in required fields and the block provided for your message.

4. Click on submit.

This will create a support ticket on our system which will then be directed to the relevant department .
