Account Suspensions are processed as follows by Snowball:

Two scenarios exist when accounts are suspended.

Client request: In the event that you need to travel for more than a month and do not want to pay for internet services not being used, you are welcome to contact our Accounts Department via to arrange for temporary account suspensions. These are not done for less than 1 month and services cannot be billed pro rata.

Account overdue: When an account is overdue because of an invoice not paid according to the due date, services are suspended by our accounting system. Contact needs to be made with our Accounts department to have the matter resolved. You can email them via or call them on 021 880 2228 option 3, option 1.
