Jennifer Moss

Service Coordinator (Technical Dept.)
28 Years alive and kicking

Jen is the type of betty that always glides into the office, looking like she just stepped out of a really expensive salon. Like she could smell like of gooseberries. But a very smart person smelling of gooseberries. A redheaded bombshell with a big personality and a weird aversion to bin lids.

Jennifer Moss is responsible for our Twitter Page, blogs at times and ensures
that that all Technical Escalations get attended to. A firm hand that is
scented and moisturized to perfection. She was born in Stockport, a
town just outside of Manchester, so she’s able to do such a cool accent that you keep wanting her to say: “Shall we have some scones or crumpets at tea time?!”

In perfectly South African pronunciation, here is what she had to say to our interviewer:

You’re from the UK, right? So which soccer team do you support and who is your favourite player?

I support Man United of course and my best current player is Robin van Persie. Ultimately, the best player in history is Eric Cantona – my aunt even has a nudie pic of him in her shower! (laughs)

Do you still believe in the Easter Bunny?
Of course I do. Let me draw him for you!

What is the weirdest request you’ve ever gotten from a client in all your previous dealings with service coordination?

One was where this poor guy kept asking me out for a cocktail at the end of every single phone call! The whole office always used to listen in on the conversation and go “Oooh!”

We hear that you’re quite involved in the musical theatre scene and as Ron Burgundy says: ‘kind of a big deal’. What is the most fun play that you’ve ever starred in?

The biggest and definitely the best was in 2010 when I acted in “Annie”. I played a very squeaky and dumb blonde called ‘Lily St. Regis’ and won an award for it.

If you could star in any TV series, what would it be and which character would most accurately portray YOU?

The New Girl – Zooey Deschanel. She is the reason I have bangs (a straight cut fringe)

If you had to ever get married to a celebrity, but only in secret, who would you choose and why?
Probably Jason Segal (that guy from How I met your mother), because he would make me laugh.

What is the highest level of Super Mario that you have ever achieved?
I’ve never played Super Mario before. I’m a big let down as a geek.

If you could bring out your own perfume label, what would it be called?
Hmmm. Anything to do with the color pink and ginger. People must go like: “My, what are you wearing? Oh it smells like Pinkerjen!” (laughs)

If you were stranded on an island and you have to live without one of the following, what would you choose – CLOTHES, FOOD or A COMPANION?
Definitely clothes, because you need to eat and I’m just no good with life at all, so I need someone to help me get rescued.

Have you ever owned a CD of one of the following: Eminem, Mariah Carey or Britney Spears?
Nope. However, I have owned CD’s of the Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys.

We can see the influence in your musical theatre:

Would you rather spend a day with Justin Bieber or Nicki Minaj?

Justin Bieber, of course. Just so that I can convince him to never make any music again and to pull up his pants.

Any Pet peeves?
I’m not a fan of bin lids. I don’t know if you guys have seen, but I always use my foot to lift up the lid. It grosses me out big time!

What is your favourite thing about the staff of Snowball?
They make anyone feel so welcome and they’re super friendly. I feel very at home here.

Are you messy or organized?
Ooh I’m so messy. I have more fun things to do than to put things back where I’ve found them.

* We’re pretty darn proud to have Jen as a part of our family and hope you feel like you’ve gotten to know her a bit better too! And please dear reader, next time you call in, please don’t ask her out for yet another cocktail…
