Backup Retrieval	R450 per hour
Restore backups of any requested items, eg. MySQL database, website, e-mail.

Domain Migration	R450 per hour
Moving domain(s) and corresponding items(website/email/databases) between our servers.

Overuse Enquiry / Dispute	R 200 per domain or account
Our website hosting and Internet access platforms already provide you with detailed statistics of usage. Sometimes clients find it unbelievable that they are using so much. If you are unable to resolve the issue using the tools at your disposal and want us to investigate we will charge R 200 per domain / account. Charges are not applied if there is some kind of system fault on Snowball's side.

Firewall Management	R 350 per 30 mins
Any configuration changes to an existing firewall.

Upgrade from Domain Parking	Setup of applicable hosting package
To upgrade from a domain parking or URL redirect to a hosting package the setup fee will be applicable.
